Our tree to bar 60% cocoa milk chocolate uses Charley’s international award winning cocoa beans from our Mount Edna Plantation at Mission Beach in far north Queensland. This chocolate teams beautifully with the gentle acidity and natural sweetness of Queensland pineapple pieces to create a truly tropical taste sensation. 
 
Our milk chocolate is gluten free. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, full cream milk and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
