We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. For wholesale enquiries or purchases, please contact us and we’d be happy to provide you information to pay directly or set up a recurring direct debit facility.

Delivery
All items in our online store are physically in our stock at the time you place your order. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we carefully pack orders for three or more bars in a polystyrene reusable mini esky along with a cool pack.
We despatch orders on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays only to avoid weekend delivery system delays and potential temperature impact.
The freight cost is shown at checkout and is $7.95 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 receive FREE delivery.
Delivery is by Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post to Australian street and post office box addresses. Australia Post will attempt to deliver to the street address specified and, if unable to deliver, will leave a card in your letterbox with Post Office collection instructions. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, we recommend you contact your Post Office before you contact us as there have been instances where the card was lost or wasn’t left. You can also use the tracking information to review the estimated delivery date and check on your order.
Collection at Mission Beach
Free pick up is available for orders placed online. Just tick the ‘Click & collect’ option at checkout. We'll advise you when your order is ready to collect. Collection is at 388 Cassowary Drive (Mission Beach El Arish Rd) from 7am to 4pm weekdays. Please note this is for collection of online orders only and there is no physical shop on the premises where you can see the products.
Returns & refunds
At Charley’s we’re proud of what we sell so stand 100% behind every product. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our prime concern. We sell only the highest quality products and promise to do everything we possibly can to ensure that they are delivered undamaged and in perfect condition.
Due to food safety legislation we are unable to exchange an item if you have simply changed your mind. If you are unhappy with the product you have received, though, we will refund or replace the item/s. Please contact us to arrange.

Wholesale
All Charley’s products are made in Australia and our chocolate is tree to bar from our very own Mission Beach plantation or bean to bar from ethically sourced cocoa beans from trusted suppliers in far north Queensland or Papua New Guinea. Single origin is the ‘single vineyard fine wine’ equivalent of the chocolate world and beans are carefully selected from some of the best plantations tended by the best growers in Australia and the Pacific. In addition to cocoa, our products include a select suite of highly premium and uniquely Australian ingredients. The PLUS range, made from single origin cocoa beans from Australia and Papua New Guinea, has a fantastic visual impact that translates into ‘buy me’ appeal few other products can match.
Charley’s packaging is clearly labelled and our multi award winning chocolate will suit your customers who are looking for an authentic Australian taste experience. Our existing resellers report extraordinary repeat purchases. All this makes Charley's a winner for you.
We also offer white label and contract manufacturing and can provide any of our products presented in your packaging. And we’re happy to discuss joint branding. Minimum quantities are as low as 500 bars due to our flexible production facility,
All our chocolate is handcrafted in Mission Beach in far north Queensland in Australia. We only use cocoa beans, Australian sugar, top quality natural cocoa butter and a small amount of soy lecithin to make all our chocolate. We do not use additives such as palm oil, artificial flavours, colours or anything else. For our PLUS range we insist on the same high standards for ingredients which include macadamias, coffee and pineapple. We source all ingredients ethically and sustainably. And, other than our chocolate made in Australia from Karkar Island Papua New Guinea cocoa beans, we only use Australian cocoa and ingredients.
