Rum and raisin chocolate has been a long time favourite and with good reason. It offers a great taste! We take whole premium Australian sundried raisins from the Mildura region in Victoria and infuse them with Queensland (Bundaberg) rum for a little more than a week. We then lightly dry the infused raisins to preserve the fine flavour. Costs us a small fortune but well worth it!
 
We add a generous amount of these delicious infused raisins to our Karkar Island 70% dark chocolate to produce rum and raisin chocolate like you’ve never tasted before.
 
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
