We stud our premium Karkar Island 70% dark chocolate with pieces of delicious Australian naked ginger–this is ginger without a typical gritty crystallised sugar coating. The velvety hot and spicy ginger combined with our popular Karkar Island chocolate provides for a delectable chocolate and ginger experience!
 
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
