This unique chocolate is hand crafted in Mission Beach Queensland from Cocoa of Excellence award winning cocoa beans grown in the rich soil of our own plantation at Mount Edna. Carefully balancing the complex flavour of these beans with the addition of the finest Australian full cream milk has produced an extraordinary milk chocolate unlike any other. This is milk chocolate at its finest.
 
Our milk chocolate is gluten free. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, full cream milk and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
