This luscious and creamy 52% cocoa milk chocolate is handcrafted bean to bar from cocoa grown in the rich volcanic soils of Karkar Island in Papua New Guinea. This delicious milk chocolate combines really well with Queensland macadamia nuts and superb, sun dried, seedless flame raisins from Australia’s Sunraysia region in northern Victoria. This gives classic ‘fruit and nut’ a whole new flavour. Beware…it’s addictive!
Our milk chocolate is gluten free. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, full cream milk and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
