Chilli and chocolate’s a combination that’s as old as cocoa itself. Ancient civilisations of Mesoamerica (such as the Olmecs, Myans, and Aztecs) used to combine chilli and chocolate and the combination is still highly effective. We combine locally grown and dried habaneros chilli from Mission Beach with Karkar Island 70% dark chocolate adding a little fire to the flavour!
 
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
