Coconuts are synonymous with tropical beaches. You can just feel that sand between your toes! When we wanted to make a coconut chocolate bar, we were disappointed to learn that virtually all Australia’s readily available coconut is imported. This was particularly disappointing as Australia’s northern shoreline is home to large quantities of coconuts.
 
We managed to locate a company who harvests organic coconuts from the beaches in far north Queensland. The subtle sweetness of coconut combines amazingly well with the fruitiness of Charley’s award winning Australian grown King Ranch 70% dark chocolate made from beans grown in north Queensland’s Tully River Valley. A truly tropical taste sensation.
 
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
